Receive and enter service orders for charter flights, aircraft support, maintenance scheduling, and parts sourcing with attention to detail
Validate order information— confirming client details, service requirements, and approval documentation—before submitting to relevant departments
Generate order confirmations, updates, and status notifications for internal stakeholders and external clients
Track and monitor open orders through execution, updating systems accordingly and flagging delays or discrepancies to supervisors
Collaborate with departments such as Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Dispatch to prioritize tasks and resolve order-related issues
Prepare daily and weekly reports on order volumes, fulfillment timelines, and bottlenecks to inform management decisions
Identify and recommend workflow improvements to streamline order processing and enhance team productivity
Maintain organized physical and digital records of all order transactions, ensuring quick retrieval and audit-readiness

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in order processing or operations coordination—aviation industry experience is an asset
Exceptional accuracy and organizational aptitude, with strong data entry skills
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Excel), order-management systems, and internal aviation tools
Excellent communication—written and verbal—and ability to collaborate under pressure
Resourceful problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset toward continuous process improvement

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in aviation, logistics, or business administration
