Responsibilities

Support project teams on concept definition, requirements gathering, and timeline tracking

Create and maintain portfolio documentation and reports

Participate in mandatory/gate review and cross-functional meetings with engineering, quality, operations, and marketing for process familiarization

Track KPIs and project status in the NPD portfolio management tool and prepare stakeholder updates

Create a visual dashboard for NPD Portfolio status updates to share among stakeholders

Required

Enrollment in a relevant bachelor's program such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or Business with product focus

Expected graduation within 6-12 months for co-op eligibility

Microsoft Office tools and Power BI are required

Strong communication and teamwork skills and ability to work safely near development labs and pilot manufacturing equipment

Preferred

Familiarity with product development lifecycle concepts, prototyping, testing, and documentation practices is preferred

Project Management software (MS Project) is preferred (not expert level)
