Patriot Software & Training Devices Program Lead (IPTL)

Responsibilities

Oversee the strategy, execution, development and delivery of all Software and Training Devices scope for assigned program
Manage costs, schedule and execution for Software and Training Devices scope – including participating in generation of quarterly Estimate at Completion inputs and leadership reviews, projection of staffing resources required and reporting of monthly metrics
Participate in the development and reporting of proposal costing efforts
Collaborate regularly across functions and engineering disciplines
Occasional domestic travel (and potential international travel) may be required up to 10% of the time. Additional regular travel between multiple Raytheon locations in Massachusetts is required

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years of prior relevant experience
Experience in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering and/or System Integration
Experience managing cost, schedule and quality for technical projects and developing cost estimates for proposals
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Strong interpersonal skills working in a team environment with positive interaction
Self-starter – proactive in determining goals and objectives and pursuing the necessary course of action
Experience in preparing customer and/or management level briefings
Experience with DoD or similar major programs throughout the product lifecycle
Earned Value Management System Certification
Experience with both domestic and international defense programs including both Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts
Experience working on a development program using agile/scrum and in DevSecOps/Automation
