Responsibilities

Professionally and effectively interface with Raytheon program managers and government officials to obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations or waivers for compliance with regulations

Make decisions and provide timely inputs that impact critical goals and objectives of the business

Review contractual (SOW, CDRL, etc.) documents, internal directives, and external customer directives for security applicability, impact analysis, and make recommendations to Program Management

Perform duties as the Top Secret Control Officer

Establish, gain accreditation, and maintain a secure facility in accordance with (IAW) ICD 705

Implement a media control program in accordance with JSIG requirements

Provide oversight of security related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), OPSEC Plans, Program Protection Plans (PPP), Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIP)

Actively participate in proposal activities and serve as the area Special Programs SME

Partner with cross functional organizations to support business objectives

Implement a self-inspection program to include evaluating findings and direct the implementation and re-evaluation of the corrective action(s)

Actively participate in Government security compliance inspections

Investigate security infractions/violations, prepare reports specifying the potential for loss or compromise, and provide associated corrective actions

Collaborate with and assist the ISSO/ISSM on implementation of JSIG requirements and approved sanitization procedures for hardware and test equipment

This position may work extended hours and weekends. Local travel, throughout New England may be required. Other travel may be required on a limited basis

Required

Experience specifically with implementing SAP security compliance

Bachelor's degree in related field, with an additional 5 years of related work experience

Hiring manager will accept, in lieu of degree, 5 years of relevant work experience, and an additional 4 years of related work experience (totaling 9 years)

An active and transferable U.S. government issued, final Top Secret, security clearance is required prior to start date

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Membership in professional organizations (CSSWG, ASIS, etc) and professional certifications

Understanding of customer SAP security and acquisition structures

DISS, JADE, and JADS user experience

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a unique multi-program environment

Experience with Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for existing work and contract bids

Recent CI Polygraph
