Responsibilities

Support the full adoption of FLIGHT DECK fundamentals, including Standard Work, Daily & Visual Management, Value Stream Management, Operating Cadences, and Hoshin Kanri, to optimize manufacturing processes
Advise and coach site leadership and teams on FLIGHT DECK principles, acting as a change agent to embed lean practices and drive cultural transformation
Utilize lean tools and methodologies to solve complex problems, develop objectives, and achieve both short-term and long-term goals
Execute the training and development of extended manufacturing team to ensure alignment with FLIGHT DECK transformation efforts, including curriculum development, delivery, and audit readiness
Drive change across the organization, leveraging tools such as the FLIGHT DECK Activation Hub to foster growth and adoption of lean practices

Required

Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in lean deployment and execution ideally in a manufacturing environment)
Minimum of 3 years of lean deployment and execution ideally in a manufacturing environment experience

Preferred

Proficient in MS Office suite and industry specific tools (Visio, Minitab, Excel)
Managed mid to large size transformational projects (facility relocation, restructuring, new product/process development)
Coached/influenced all levels of stakeholders (shop floor to plant leadership) towards meaningful change
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence
Experience with Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, Kaizen Events, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Visual Management
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Experience working in manufacturing, specifically in a shop floor environment
Experience training others in principles of Lean methodology
