Responsibilities
Facilitate the successful completion of project work plans
Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency
Strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates
Accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science)
2+ years working in professional services or related industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
Experience with or understanding of Business process knowledge associated with the different Oracle Cloud Financials modules e.g., payment process, matching process, month-end close, etc
Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions, including Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an Oracle environment
Integrating Oracle FP&A solutions with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP or other financial platforms
Financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis within Oracle FP&A tools
Completing 1-2 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle FP&A solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data
Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network
Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks or challenges to client personnel, including executives
Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate
Preferred
Professional Certification such as Oracle Financials Cloud 2023 Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) 2023 Certified Implementation Specialist or similar
