Senior LevelATI is seeking to hire an Operations Leader for our Specialty Rolled Products Business unit at our Vandergrift, PA location. This position will oversee all aspects of Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost Control for the Downstream Service Operations in a highly dynamic, 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to reduce overall material cycle time through the plant
Optimize plant flow, coil packaging, and coil movements to maximize productivity and ensure efficient shipping performance
Direct and implement mission-critical maintenance activities to increase equipment reliability and reduce quality costs
Supervise, coach, and provide technical guidance to hourly personnel, ensuring adherence to safety standards, product quality, and operational excellence
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and equipment utilization to meet on-time delivery and inventory requirements
Collaborate effectively with internal and external support teams to coordinate mill activities and ensure seamless operations
Develop and implement cross-training programs to strengthen workforce flexibility, provide redundancy, and mitigate risks from unplanned vacancies
