This remote position is responsible for entering, updating, and managing various data related to flight bookings, maintenance logs, and client correspondence.

Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update flight schedules, client details, maintenance logs, and service requests into the company’s online systems
Review, scan, and organize electronic documents—including reports and correspondence—ensuring correct indexing and easy retrieval
Regularly audit online records for accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies by coordinating with relevant teams
Create structured reports that highlight trends, discrepancies, or action items for management consideration
Maintain and organize digital filing systems to ensure quick access and continuity across teams
Liaise remotely with Operations, Maintenance, Dispatch, and Sales to confirm data alignment and streamline information workflows
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Aviation Management, Information Systems, or related field is a plus
Previous experience in data entry, information processing, or digital record handling—preferably within aviation, logistics, or related industries
Exceptional accuracy, organizational skills, and a keen eye for inconsistencies
Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel), document scanning tools, and cloud-based filing systems
Solid written and verbal communication, with the ability to coordinate remotely with internal stakeholders
Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential information in a distributed work environment
