They are seeking a Quality Inspector to perform in-process and final inspections, ensuring compliance with specifications and supporting the manufacturing process while adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

Interpret blueprint and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) requirements

Comply to customer specifications and requirements

Use inspection gages such as micrometers, test indicators, Faro Arm, and optical comparator

Inspection with CMM machines / coordinate systems

Complete in-process inspections and final inspections as required

Make mold castings and interpret results using optical comparator

Visual inspection for defects and UVC’s

Complete all paperwork, as required, including inspection reports and CMM report review
