Must be able to read and understand work instructions information ( English Only )
Effectively communicate with shop floor supervisor and production control manager
Perform machine set-ups
Perform daily maintenance on equipment
Produce quality parts and verify them for accuracy
Inspect parts and understand any changes if required
Run multiple machines
Safely drive a fork lift
Maintain a clean work environment
Clean all tools and machines at end of shift
Report any non-conformance’s to shop floor supervisor immediately
Turn off all equipment at end of shift
Qualification
Required
3 or more years of Bandsaw/Shear machine tool experience in a manufacturing environment
Read and understand blueprints
Detailed with good decision skills to meet customers demand
Work with Shop Floor Supervisor for suggesting improvements
Capable of lifting 40 pounds frequently
Capable of working in a noisy environment
Capable of working extra hours
Must be able to read and understand work instructions information ( English Only )
