Proposal Specialist - Compliance and Security (Remote)

Casepoint provides full eDiscovery capabilities through a powerful, secure, cloud-based platform. They are seeking a Proposal Specialist who will work closely with the compliance team to develop and deliver proposals to Government agencies and large corporations.

Responsibilities

Analyze RFPs, RFIs, TPRMs, and vendor assessment documents to identify compliance requirements

Lead the development and submission of responses to security, compliance privacy, and regulatory questionnaires

Maintain and update a centralized library of pre-approved compliance content

Partner with legal, information security, and procurement teams to gather and validate TPRM documentation

Manage timelines and deliverables for TPRM-related submissions during proposal and onboarding phases

Track and report on TPRM activities, including risk assessments and mitigation plans and report on TPRM activities, including risk assessments and mitigation plans

Ensure all responses meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements

Conduct internal reviews and coordinate stakeholder approvals before submission

Identify and escalate compliance risks or gaps for resolution

Required

Bachelor degree (cybersecurity, engineering)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal development and/or compliance

Knowledge of RFP lifecycle management and compliance/infrastructure standards

Excellent people skills - able to work with teams of varying sizes, technical abilities, and levels of authority with both internal corporate staff and teammates

Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize

Excellent technical writing skills to be able to both decipher and rewrite content created by SMEs, as well as create content for complicated technical functionality

Excellent multi-tasking abilities – able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Expert proficiency with Microsoft Word and SharePoint is required

Preferred

Any security certification related to FedRAMP (NIST 800-53 / 800-37), ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other industry standards

Strong understanding of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint

Experience with proposal software/content management

Understanding of Microsoft Visio and Project
