Control Account Manager (Level 4)
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Control Account Manager to join the F-35 Pilot Systems Software team. The role involves managing program budgets, conducting cost analysis, and ensuring financial commitments are met while interacting with various program and financial management personnel.

Responsibilities
Establish and monitor program budgets
Track and reconcile costs
Track program funding requirements
Conduct cost analysis
Develop variance explanations and recommendations for corrective actions as required
Prepare monthly and quarterly cost reports
Prepare and analyze quarterly estimates at completions (EACs)
Maintain the Earned Value (EV) system and associated logs as needed
Assist the program team and financial management in monitoring and tracking program expenditures
Highlight issues/concerns/trends to the program team
Ensure that program financial commitments are met
Open and close charge numbers in a timely fashion
Research and prepare cost transfers as required
Prepare completed contracts for closeout
Support proposals developing Basis of Estimates in support of new contracts
Work closely with Management and Engineers to understand the capability being developed and roadmaps for each capability throughout the software development lifecycle
Use the complete CAM toolset to gather cost and budget data
Ensure the team follows all tenants of the LM Aero EVMS processes as defined within the F-35 program
Participate in all required reviews and audits with the customer, government, DCMA, etc
Work closely with all levels of personnel within the F-35 MS teams, other functional departments, programs, and government personnel in capturing the financial data required to provide accurate financial and schedule and staffing report
Support Management and Senior Management with accurate staffing analysis and staffing assignments using EV tools, Tableau Dashboard and VEMO
Be a team player willing to support and communicate with a diverse group of teammates

This position is located at a facility that requires special access and an Interim Secret clearance to start
