Responsibilities
Perform in-house and field service tasks including installation, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of supported products and equipment
Provide support for TAG, training, and system-level testing
Understand basic component and systems-level functionality
Identify, analyze, and repair product failures, ordering and replacing parts as needed
Provide TAG support to determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customer’s needs
Offer basic fault-finding assistance via phone and email for low-end controls
Qualification
Required
Recognized electrical or mechanical certificate from a trade school or military training institution or Associate Degree in a related field
0–2 years of experience in the field or a related area
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for electrical and mechanical engineering
Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines
Ability to work under immediate supervision
Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required, Spanish a plus)
Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally
Must have a valid driver's license (company pool vehicle provided)
Preferred
Basic troubleshooting knowledge for electrical and mechanical systems
Prior customer support or service experience
