They are seeking a graduate-level Sales Engineer to assist customers with integrations and support senior engineers in technical evaluations and workshops.

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer technical questions and issues
Diagnose and resolve product, API, and integration challenges (with mentorship from senior engineers)
Contribute to documentation and build out our knowledge base
Help onboard new customers and provide best-practice guidance
Support technical workshops and customer training sessions
Shadow senior engineers in technical evaluations, demos, and solution design
Assist with proofs-of-concept and integration examples
Capture customer insights and recurring issues, relaying them back to product and engineering teams
Qualification
Required
A bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Some experience with Python and APIs (through projects, internships, or coursework)
Curiosity about machine learning, AI, and/or search systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative, proactive mindset and excitement about working directly with customers
Preferred
Internship, research project, or personal project experience is a plus but not required
