CABIN SERVICES MANAGER

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision, training, and support to all Aircraft Cabin Service Agents on duty
Oversee aircraft appearance operations to ensure compliance with TSA, OSHA, HAZMAT, and company safety standards
Conduct regular quality inspections and personally verify the completion of aircraft interior cleaning to airline specifications
Manage labor hours, productivity, and shift scheduling to meet operational requirements
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements (if applicable)
Assign and approve overtime, ensuring optimal staffing coverage
Maintain accurate shift documentation, turnover reports, and operational records
Oversee the cleanliness and readiness of hangars, vehicles, and line facilities before shift completion
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment needs with management
Manage attendance, leave requests, and performance concerns in alignment with company policy
Conduct vendor quality audits (“Whip-Arounds”) and report findings to airline and vendor leadership
Ensure all aircraft cleaning and security search procedures meet regulatory and contractual requirements
Maintain USDA logs and ensure compliance with all RGA (Regulatory Governance Agreement) standards

Required

Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, preferably within aviation, facilities, or a service-related industry

Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a dynamic airport environment
Proven ability to lead by example and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence
