Portfolio Operations Associate
Grimes & Company is a growing Registered Investment Advisory firm located in Metrowest. They are seeking an experienced Portfolio Operations Associate to manage client portfolios and work closely with Wealth Managers and the Investment Team to provide tailored investment strategies.

Responsibilities
Manage daily portfolio operations ensuring adherence to investment strategies and target allocations
Process and oversee client account transactions including contributions, distributions, transfers, and systematic rebalancing
Collaborate with Wealth Managers to implement portfolio adjustments and address client needs
Partner with the Investment Team to execute strategy changes and allocation shifts
Monitor portfolio compliance and drift tolerances
Respond to the Chief Compliance Officer and other compliance personnel on matters as needed
Follow all compliance procedures as outlined in the Compliance Policy and Procedures manual
Perform other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience required
Strong Excel skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in team settings
Preferred
Experience with Orion and Orion Eclipse a plus
Salesforce CRM experience a plus
Trading and capital markets experience a plus
