Administrative Support Specialist
Family & Children's Association is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support their THRIVE Recovery Center. The role involves managing front desk procedures, compiling statistics, and ensuring accurate data entry for reports.

Responsibilities
Monitor front desk procedures and ensure participants and guests complete necessary sign-in process for data collection purposes
Compile monthly statistics for THRIVE groups and visitors
Data entry for all monthly reports
Collaborate with Front desk volunteers to ensure accuracy and consistency with front desk procedures
Perform other tasks as may be assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Knowledge of data collection and entry
Knowledge or office procedures
Proficient computer skills with MS Office
Excellent organizational skills
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
