Responsibilities
Basic plant maintenance
Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed
Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities
Change of all filters for HVAC as required
Remove and properly dispose of all recyclable materials
Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed
Work with and find services for maintenance or machine repair as needed
Able to use computers to find service and quotes for service
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school education or equivalent
1+ years of experience with electrical, plumbing, and/or carpentry
Ability to push/lift 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to bend at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require
1+ years of experience working around lubricants, solvents, batteries, cleaning fluids, paints
Preferred
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented
Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
Basic computer skills
2 years of working experience in facilities maintenance, aerospace maintenance experience a plus
