Responsibilities

Must be conversant with 480/220 volts AC used in pumps, starters and solenoids, etc. and be able to use multimeters and amp probes to check such systems
Must be proficient in the following trade skills: Stick Welding or Tig Welding, Brazing, Plumbing
Must be able to read mechanical and electrical blueprints and fabricate from prints
Must be able to use cutting and milling machines
Must know pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Ability to repair surface media tumbling machinery
Ability to repair exhaust / extraction systems
Troubleshoot and repair Servo-Drives and DC power supplies
Must be capable of running forklift
Calibration of plasma and vacuum console gauges
Must be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision
Must be able to analyze mechanical and/or design problems as related to the process

5-7 years related equipment maintenance experience required
Minimum lift floor to waist – 25 pounds
Minimum lift waist to shoulder level – 25 pounds
Minimum pull – 40 pounds
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to moderate cold and moderate heat, loud noise, fumes, and moving equipment in the production floor environment
Due to government regulation only US persons (U.S. citizen, U.S. naturalized citizen, U.S. permanent resident, holder of U.S. approved political asylee or refugee status) may be considered for this role
Any offer of employment will also be conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with company policy and applicable federal and state regulations
