They are seeking an Entrepreneur-in-Residence to lead the development of an AI-enabled revenue cycle management platform, responsible for defining the product vision, establishing operational infrastructure, and driving market launch.

Responsibilities
Help define the product vision and stand up the early product roadmap, translating market insight and customer pain points into a compelling initial MVP and growth strategy
Stand up the operational infrastructure necessary to support pilots and scale, including workflow design, contracting, compliance, and early customer support functions
Partner with 25mH engineering and product teams to design and optimize the technology stack, helping make critical build-versus-buy decisions and ensuring alignment with provider workflows
Engage closely with our early provider and health system design partners to co-develop, test, and refine the platform based on real-world feedback
Identify and onboard initial provider groups that can benefit most from the product, driving early adoption and establishing proof points for scale
Lead the end-to-end process for pilot deployment, including execution, feedback loops, and performance tracking against key financial and operational metrics
Develop and manage financial models for RCM performance, customer economics, and long-term viability; contribute to pricing strategy and growth planning
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, RCM, or healthtech, ideally with exposure to AI-enabled tools or automation in reimbursement workflows
Proven track record as a 0-to-1 builder, comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure from scratch
Experience working directly with healthcare providers or RCM vendors to design and implement operational tooling
Deep understanding of the provider revenue cycle, including claims submission, denials management, and payer-provider interactions
Entrepreneurial, analytical, and execution-oriented; equally comfortable diving into product feedback, operational processes, or financial modeling
Passionate about improving healthcare through technology and efficiency, with a bias toward action and continuous learning
Attention to detail and efficiency-focused — you love the challenge of optimizing broken or inefficient systems
