The Gill Corporation is one of the world's largest manufacturers of honeycomb and high performance floor panels. They are seeking a Prepregger Operator Trainee who will set up and operate the work center, prepare equipment, and perform material testing.

Responsibilities

Set up all equipment needed

Test and records all data needed to run product

Runs material

Reviews and monitors material for quality issues

Tests material and records data

Identifies material with identification tags

Keep work area clean and safe

Must be available any shift, overtime, and weekends

Other essential duties may be assigned

Qualification

High school diplomaMath proficiencyEnglish communication skillsLift 50 lbsSpirometry Test results

Required

Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalency

Must have English reading and verbal communication skills sufficient to read, understand and communicate the company operating procedures and policies

Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs

Must be able to demonstrate math proficiency equal to or greater than required for the position applied

Must be available to work the shift specified by the position and be flexible to potential overtime on weekends/ holidays

Acceptable Spirometry Test results. (Positions that require the use of a full or half-face respirator)
