They are seeking an experienced Area Director of Sales to lead sales efforts for three multi-branded hotel properties, focusing on revenue growth and team development.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee sales initiatives across three major hotel brands (Hilton, IHG & Best Western)
Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and travel clients
Analyze STR reports, market trends, and production data to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with General Managers, Revenue Management, and Marketing to optimize performance and achieve revenue goals
Conduct proactive sales calls, site tours, and community outreach to expand visibility and client partnerships

Required

3+ years of hotel sales leadership experience, including multi-property or multi-brand oversight
Strong understanding of the San Diego market and competitive landscape
Proven success in driving revenue growth, account development, and market share
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Preferred

Prior experience with Hilton, IHG, or Best Western brands
