SafetyWing is building simple, borderless health insurance for global teams. The Global B2B Insurance Partner will connect the Remote Health product with companies, helping them protect and support their teams by building relationships and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Identify companies that could benefit from SafetyWing’s Remote Health solution

Build relationships with founders, HR leaders, and executive decision-makers

Introduce Remote Health and start meaningful, insight-driven conversations about how it can support their teams

Understand each company’s needs and share tailored proposals that align with their goals

Guide qualified companies through the needs assessment and proposal stage, then work with our internal team to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding, payments, and setup

Collaborate with the Head of Distribution to refine strategies, share field insights, and improve conversion

Track your activity, document learnings, and expand your reach month by month
