Outside Sales Representative Home Improvement
WeatherPro Exteriors is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative in the home improvement sector. The role involves conducting in-home sales consultations, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets with significant earning potential.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home sales consultations with prospective clients
Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Consistently close sales with an average of $20,000+ per transaction
Generate and manage leads through self-driven initiatives and company-provided opportunities
Stay organized by maintaining accurate records of appointments, follow-ups, and closed deals
Compensated to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in inside or direct sales is required, preferably within the home services industry
Must be available to work both evenings and weekends in addition to the full-time 1st shift work schedule
A valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record is required. A company vehicle will be provided
Preferred
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of strong cold calling skills with a track record of generating leads and closing sales is preferred
At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience assessing, measuring, and providing estimates within the home improvement is preferred
Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
