They are seeking a Quality Inspector who will perform final inspections, in-process inspections, and first article inspections, ensuring adherence to quality policies and aerospace specifications.

Responsibilities
Strong blueprint and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) comprehension
Proficient in the use of inspection tools, such as micrometer, indicators, comparator, etc
Detailed to complete all paperwork, as required, including inspection reports
Able to make mold casts to check ID dimensions
Can identify dimensional and visual defects
Accuracy and attention to detail is highly important
Experienced with completing 1st article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections
Must have strong knowledge of aerospace specifications and requirements, particularly Pratt and Whitney
Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required

Proficient at reading blueprints
Strong understanding of dimensional symbols
Ability to identify visual defects
Proficient in reading micrometers, calipers, Optical comparator, manual and DCC CMM
Proficient with the use of measuring equipment
Ability to work together as team a member
Organized and detail oriented
Adhere to document control
Experience with various inspection reports
