Responsibilities
Performs collections of delinquent accounts by contacting customers via phone, email, & fax
Fields incoming calls from customers and sales representatives
Resolves issues with incorrect billing amounts and purchase orders
Minimizes financial risk to the organization by assessing and advising on creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers
Qualification
Required
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Moderate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, customers and other staff members
Self starter that takes initiative
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Preferred
Oracle and SAP experience is preferred
Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus
