Retaining customers and managing all aspects of customer relations
Conducting physical property inspections
Maintaining consistent communication with customers
Training all new hires effectively
Managing time efficiently to optimize productivity
Collaborating with leadership to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for personnel management
Promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence in commercial landscape maintenance
Ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment to minimize repair needs
Training personnel on equipment use and maintenance best practices
Conducting weekly truck inspections and ensuring organization and cleanliness
Completing weekly inspection sheets
