Required

8-10 years of related experience

General and business knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree

Experienced working within regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, government), and appreciate the tradeoffs between agility and compliance

Fluent in application monitoring tools, log analysis, and error triage (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights, New Relic, Serilog, etc.)

Expert understanding of software development methodologies and be a subject matter expert in their technology stack

Experience architecting and developing highly available and scalable applications

Experience with refactoring legacy application to modernized application

Experience with development in Linux environment and containerization

Experience with Node.js or React.js. Experience working Application Performance Monitoring Tools such as New Relic

Influence platform architecture and long-term engineering strategy

Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering squads

Design for scale, performance, and fault tolerance in distributed systems

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., SOC 2, PCI-DSS)

Deep experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred)

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
