Advanced Practice Clinician
Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) is a leading provider of sexual and reproductive health care, advocating for equitable access to these services. They are seeking Advanced Practice Clinicians to provide comprehensive care, including contraception, STI care, and gender-affirming hormone therapy, as well as to conduct patient exams and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care, including contraception, STI care, gender-affirming hormone therapy, abortion care, and preventive services
Conduct patient exams, procedures, and obtain informed consent
Interpret lab data, prescribe treatments, and ensure follow-up care
Offer medication abortion services and, depending on clinic needs, perform ultrasound, colposcopy, biopsies, and potentially LEEP
Conduct preconception and menopause counseling
Educate patients and supervise unlicensed staff during sessions
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in clinical audits
Qualification
Required
Master's or Doctorate degree and current MA licensure as NP, CNM, or PA; CPR certified
Strong commitment to providing the full range of sexual and reproductive health care; prior experience welcomed but not required
Excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to health equity
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to stay active throughout shifts
Preferred
2+ years of clinical experience preferred
Proficiency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Brazilian Portuguese highly preferred
