Commissioning Agent - Electrical

Responsibilities
Work under the supervision of senior engineers
Perform site visits and inspections
Review drawings, specifications and project submittals
Develop commissioning plans including functional performance test scripts under guidance of senior engineers
Documentation of various commissioning-related activities
Perform electrical load calculations for buildings
Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager
Qualification
Required
Experience 5-10 years
BS in engineering, electrical
Superior verbal communication and writing skills
Proven project management skills
Proven ability to engage well with external stakeholders (e.g. clients and design partners)
Thorough knowledge of energy efficiency in large and complex buildings
Proficient in Microsoft software, particularly Excel
Basic AutoCAD and Revit skills
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) is highly desirable either upon joining or planned in the future
Thorough knowledge and experience with the Energy Code is highly desirable
