Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical projects in Secure Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA) environments, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and regulatory standards

Drive cross-functional teams across cybersecurity, privacy, and IT domains to deliver secure, scalable solutions

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and risk assessments for complex enterprise initiatives

Support cyber workforce development and management, aligning skills and training with DoD standards and emerging threats

Oversee privacy compliance programs, ensuring adherence to federal and DoD data protection policies

Coordinate technical acquisition efforts, contribute to business case development, and engage stakeholders through clear, confident communication

Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex concepts into actionable plans

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience; 1 additional year may substitute for degree)

10+ years of experience in Technical or IT Project Management, including recent experience in: Cyber Workforce Development & Management, Privacy Compliance Management, SCCA project leadership

Active IAT II+ or IAM II certification

PMP, PBA, or PMP specialization

Strong understanding of DoD security frameworks and enterprise IT environments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire cross-disciplinary teams
