The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is looking for experienced automotive professionals to join their consulting team. As an Automotive Business Consultant, you will focus on establishing relationships with customers and improving dealership efficiency and profitability through consulting services.

Establish professional relationships with customers

Help businesses become more efficient, effective, and profitable

Work with dealership personnel to identify trouble areas within the dealership

Use established and proven consulting services programs to help solve issues

Follow-up with customers to maintain relationships and provide ongoing support and problem resolution

Build trust that will further drive consulting services sales

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

5+ years of automotive dealership experience (Sales Associate/Representative, Service Advisor, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, F&I Manager, Controller/Office Manager, Parts Manager, Service Manager, Fixed Operations Director, or GM)

Must be willing to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week (every week)

Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years

Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
