Responsibilities

Design and develop control systems for automation processes
Program PLCs and develop SCADA and HMI interfaces
Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of control systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control solutions
Perform safety assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards
Utilize CAD software for control system design and documentation
Implement process control strategies including PID control
Support robotics applications and instrumentation integration
Conduct testing and validation of control systems prior to deployment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience in PLC programming and automation
Experience/Certification with ROCKWELL AUTOMATION products, including AB CompactLogix and ControlLogix systems
Familiarity with SCADA, HMI development, and process control
Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and control circuits
Experience with VFDs and AC/DC motors
Strong troubleshooting skills in control systems
Proficiency in CAD software and modeling tools such as Matlab and Simulink
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred

Certifications in Rockwell Automation and Allen-Bradley systems are a plus, and will be given priority consideration
