Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair antennas, lines, and wireless equipment
Perform line & antenna (L&A) work: coax, fiber, grounding
Support testing (PIM, sweep, fiber) and site upgrades
Follow safety procedures and maintain professional equipment standards
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of telecom or construction experience (or willingness to train)
Valid driver's license & clean record
NWSA TTT1 or TTT2 certification (or ability to obtain)
Comfortable working at heights over 100 ft
