The Head of Business for Strategic Accounts will manage a portfolio of large enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, retention, and executive relationships while leading delivery and solutions teams.

Responsibilities
Own multi‑million‑dollar PnL and client relationships; drive growth and renewal across complex, multi‑stakeholder programs
Balance farming + hunting: expand within existing logos while opening select new doors
Lead C‑suite engagement and QBRs; translate business goals into clear roadmaps spanning product engineering, data, and AI
Orchestrate pursuit teams, commercials, and governance; ensure reliable forecasting and healthy margins
Engage ecosystem partners (cloud, data, and AI) to co-create value and amplify the pipeline
Qualification
Required
12+ years in tech services/consulting with 5+ years leading large enterprise accounts and full PnL of $50M+
Track record growing accounts from single programs to multi‑program, multi‑year relationships
Executive presence, consultative selling skills, and strong commercial acumen
Credible working knowledge of modern engineering, data, and AI initiatives
