The Dispute Resolution Director will lead construction dispute cases, providing analysis, expert testimony, and managing client relationships while expanding the SOCOTEC Advisory client base.

Responsibilities

Interface with clients and project stakeholders

Provide client with information pertinent to the management and control of the engagement including development of project strategy, work plans and budgets

Team lead in the evaluation and preparation and analysis of claims pertinent to candidate’s specific qualifications such as project management, engineering/construction, quantification of costs, evaluation of progress, evaluation of time extension and issues including schedule delay analysis, acceleration, disruption, productivity, work scope changes, drawings and specifications, and site conditions

Conduct in-depth research and fact assessment, and perform evaluation of project data and documentation such as communications, change orders, schedules, pay apps, labor data, cost reports, etc

Perform, review and rebut schedule and cost analyses from other experts

Prepare expert reports of findings and responsive reports as needed

Create demonstratives and graphics for expert reports and presentations

Provide expert testimony or demonstrate a strong desire to be qualified as an 'expert' to provide testimony

Coaching/mentoring less experienced consultants

Industry networking and business development

Work effectively on multiple projects with competing priorities

Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager
