Responsibilities
Gather, update, and analyze business data as required by policy manual
Recommend a credit advisement/limit based on information obtained while processing the credit application or new business report
Remain knowledgeable of current events and how they impact our customer’s business
Provide professional assistance to both Information and Service clients
Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client information
Manage a consistent flow of work as directed to ensure customer satisfaction
Daily check-ins with clients as to the status of their reports
Quality assurance standards are applied to all credit reports published
Assist with daily search for newswire stories as well as writing the stories on an as needed basis
Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enter and maintain complete and accurate information)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
One (1) or more years of related work experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proven skills in time management, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging interactions
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
