Engage with Potential Sellers to Acquire Pre-Owned Vehicles Through In-person Visits, Online Inquiries, and Phone Calls
Accurately Appraise Vehicles Based on Current Market Conditions and Dealership Standards
Build Rapport with Customers to Create a Positive, Transparent Selling Experience
Collaborate with the Sales and Inventory Teams to Ensure Smooth Vehicle Intake
Maintain Accurate Records of Appraisals, Purchases, and Customer Interactions
Meet or Exceed Vehicle Acquisition Goals and Performance Metrics
Qualification
Required
Previous Experience in the Automotive Industry or Related Customer-facing Roles
Strong Negotiation Skills and the Ability to Close Deals Effectively
Ability to Denote Condition Reports on Vehicles (Body Work, Cosmetic Details, Mechanical Problems)
Highly Coachable with a Growth Mindset and Willingness to Learn
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Detail-oriented with Strong Organizational Abilities
Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
