Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Information Security roles, including software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and leadership positions
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs, priorities, and long-term talent goals
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates
Screen and evaluate candidates for technical capability and cultural alignment
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate, timely data and notes in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Represent the company as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and culture throughout the recruiting process
Qualification
Required
10+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical disciplines (IT, software development, infrastructure, information security, etc.)
Proven success recruiting for roles across varying levels of seniority—from individual contributors to senior leaders
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub
Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
