Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day field operations on assigned projects
Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors
Ensure work is installed according to plans, specs, and code
Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company standards
Partner closely with Project Managers to keep schedules and budgets on track
Communicate clearly with clients, inspectors, and internal teams
Mentor apprentices and journeymen to support team development
Provide weekly jobsite updates and documentation
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Qualification
Required
Experience as an Electrical Superintendent or strong Foreman ready for the next step
Background in commercial, institutional, or public sector electrical work
Strong communication skills — calm, clear, and consistent
Ability to plan ahead, solve problems, and lead crews effectively
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
A process‑driven mindset (you like structure, not chaos)
