Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations within subsystem engineering
Organize engineering activity to scale consistently across locations and through third party partnership
Optimizes all engineering-related processes, ensuring efficient execution and continuous improvement
Work with senior management to set goals and make key decisions on operational activities
Manage cross-functional interaction, ensuring schedule alignment and timely completion
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency
Manage projects pipeline daily
Work with engineering teams for implementing and deploying processes, as well as ensuring they are followed
Measure quality and consistency of deliverables

Required

An experienced professional with a strong background in planning and operational management for SoC digital design and integration
A proven track record of driving operational excellence in a high-tech environment
Exceptional analytical capabilities which enable you to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
Proactive problem-solver capable of driving changes in an engineering organization
Ability to introduce best practices for highly efficient execution
Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of engineering and cross-functional teams
Practical, hands-on, and self-driven
