Responsibilities

Grow and retain a broad SMB portfolio with productized services and subscriptions (MRR/NRR focus)
Build an automation‑first GTM: digital demand gen, inside sales/BDR motions, self‑serve trials/POVs, efficient onboarding
Collaborate with product/engineering on the client portal and internal platforms (matching, proposals, billing, usage dashboards)
Instrument the funnel: CAC, payback, churn, activation, expansion; run continuous A/B testing
Maintain healthy unit economics and playbooks that scale

Qualification

SMB growth experienceSubscription model expertiseData analysis skillsAutomation proficiencyAI integration experienceProduct managementSales strategyCustomer success focus

Required

8–10+ years in SMB/mid‑market growth roles (services, SaaS, or productized services)
Experience launching subscription or usage‑based offerings and scaling PLG/inside‑sales motions
Strong data mindset; comfort with automation, AI augmentation, and lightweight product management
