Responsibilities
Lead financial due diligence including review of audits, historical financials, and tax filings; evaluate performance trends, value drivers, and risks for potential acquisitions; build valuation models and scenario analyses to inform investment decisions; partner with accountants, advisors, and operating teams to validate assumptions
Manage the flow of financial information across internal and external teams; track actual vs. forecast performance and update valuation and tracking models; support budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial governance; communicate findings clearly to senior leadership and deal teams; oversee ongoing financial reporting and compliance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in real estate finance, valuation, transaction advisory, or investment operations
Real estate experience required
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements
Thrives in a small, fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Preferred
senior housing experience strongly preferred
public accounting or transaction advisory preferred, not required
Finance and/or real estate educational background preferred
