Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for Relationship Manager who support enterprise clients, managing day-to-day inquiries and escalations

Investigate and resolve complex payment issues by collaborating with technical, product, and operations teams

Analyze transaction data and client behavior to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization

Support onboarding and integration processes by understanding client requirements and ensuring alignment with our API and platform capabilities

Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions

Proactively monitor client accounts to ensure service levels are met and potential issues are addressed early

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to advocate for client needs and drive continuous improvement

Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team
