Entry Level Sales Development Representative
Cato Networks is a pioneering company in cloud networking and security, aiming to lead the market with its innovative solutions. They are looking for entry-level Sales Development Representatives to generate pipeline and engage with potential clients through various channels.

Responsibilities
Generate pipeline by setting BANT qualified meetings for Commercial Account Executives
Prospect into accounts via phone, email, and social media
Conduct discovery conversations with influencers and decision makers within your assigned accounts
Utilize sales engagement tools to research contacts and accounts
Fully understand Cato’s solution
Evangelize Cato’s solution
Log activity consistently and reliably in Salesforce and Outreach
Consistently achieve quota by hitting daily and weekly performance (dials/emails) and scheduling KPIs
Complete an in-office 8-5, M-F work week
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to take direction, be coached, and be mentored
Prior success interacting with people by phone and email
Strong and confident presence and interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate different systems and tools and follow process
Highly motivated and driven individual who thrives working toward quotas
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Must live within commutable distance to downtown Boston
Preferred
understanding of Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and Zoominfo
