FF&E Project Coordinator
Benjamin West is one of the hospitality industries largest FF&E and OS&E purchasing firms, providing a full range of purchasing services for hotels. The role involves supporting product procurement activities and coordinating with various stakeholders in hospitality projects.

Create and assemble request for quotes and purchase orders
Compile project budgets for internal review
Assist on bid analysis
Track vendor status updates
Coordination with vendors, freight managers, clients, and warehouses
Assist with project close-out
Qualification
Required

A professional, results-oriented person with creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task, and have great attention to detail
Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to represent the company and project team in a professional manner
Proficient typing skills required
Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft products; must have experience with Excel spreadsheets
Able to effectively coordinate a number of projects simultaneously
Ability to work as a team member
Preferred
Previous experience in purchasing or hotel/restaurant operations role is a plus, but not required
Previous work directly related to the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
