Responsibilities
Own and execute Leapcure’s AI-first product roadmap
Lead the evolution of Leapcure’s platform from operational efficiency to strategic differentiation, integrating AI and automation into every stage of the clinical trial recruitment lifecycle
Develop scalable, stakeholder-driven products
Translate roadmap initiatives into real, measurable business outcomes for sponsors, sites, and patients
Validate before you scale
Collaborate closely with Engineering Lead to pilot AI/ML concepts across stakeholder groups and scale only what delivers proven ROI
Champion cross-functional execution
Partner deeply with Engineering and collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Marketing to align priorities, drive adoption, and ensure every product initiative translates into measurable business impact
Measure what matters
Define success through concrete metrics and KPIs and continuously refine product decisions based on performance data
Qualification
Required
Proven product leadership
A track record of delivering measurable business outcomes, from margin improvement and new revenue streams to higher customer satisfaction
Strategic and creative thinking
Ability to design and execute innovative product strategies that push the boundaries of what's possible in clinical research
AI and data fluency
Experience integrating AI, behavioral insights, or data science into products that drive efficiency and differentiation
Clear and empathetic communication
Skilled at aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders around a shared vision and measurable goals
Emotional intelligence and shared values

Preferred
Familiarity with clinical trial patient recruitment is beneficial but not required
