Required

Have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineers, or related field from an ABET accredited university

Have awareness of applicable federal, state and local codes, criteria, regulations, and ordinances

Possess basic knowledge of production software

Have a passion for engineering and a willingness to grow and learn

Possess solid oral and written communication skills and have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, team members, and other key stakeholders

Preferred

Certification as an Engineering Intern (EI) with 1-2 years of internship or related experience

AutoCAD and/or MicroStation experience

Coursework that includes Transportation Engineering, Transportation Planning, Traffic Engineering, and/or Electrical Engineering
