Business Development Manager
Ultra Skin Services is the U.S. distributor for Ultraceuticals, Australia's #1 clinical skincare brand. The Business Development Manager will drive new business by researching and onboarding partners in the TX, OK, and LA regions, while building lasting relationships and collaborating across teams to ensure partner success.

Responsibilities
Drive new business: research, prospect, and onboard new partners in your region
Build lasting relationships: partner with owners and teams to support growth through sales strategy, events, and education
Collaborate across teams: work closely with Education, Marketing, and Leadership to align goals and ensure partner success
Showcase Innovation: represent our brands at trade shows, demos, and events
Stay organized and proactive: manage leads, pipelines, and reporting in our CRM system
Qualification
Required
3+ years of successful sales or business development experience - ideally in skincare, beauty, or wellness
Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about helping others succeed
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Willing to travel up to 80% of your work week within your region
Preferred
Bonus - Cosmetology or Esthetics license or experience in spa operations
