Responsibilities

AI Features: Develop and deliver our platform’s AI Features via AWS Cloud AI functions and services
Multi-Agent Orchestration: Implement multi-agent orchestration using agentic AI frameworks
RAG Pipeline Development: Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for scalable, high-quality outputs
Prompt Engineering: Design prompt engineering workflows to ensure consistent and reliable model outputs
Model Evaluation & Tuning: Evaluate and fine-tune Bedrock foundation models (Claude, Titan, etc.) for optimal performance
Compliance & Guardrails: Integrate model guardrails to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of quality and reliability

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML services in production environments
Expert-level Python and AWS SDK (boto3) skills
Hands-on experience with Bedrock, Knowledge Bases, and SageMaker
Proven experience deploying AI features/services and ML models to production environments
Strong debugging, data engineering, and prompt optimization skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Relevant certifications in AI/ML or AWS are a plus
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
